What is a Rage Room?
A rage room, aka an anger room or smash room is a controlled & safe environment where participants can smash and break things such as plates, electronics and furniture. Its a destructive yet therapeutic experience.
Smashables
We will provide items to smash such as; Cups, plates, glasses, electronics, furniture etc.
You are welcome to bring your own smashables providing they meet the guidelines. If you are unsure whether they meet our guidelines please contact us directly at rageroomweston@gmail.com.
We will also accept donations of any kind however must meet our smashable guidelines:
- All batteries have been removed
- Doesn’t contain liquid or gas
- No power tools

How it works
On arrival you will check in with Our Staff. You will then be asked to read through and sign a waiver if you haven’t already. the team will give every participant an introduction and safety breifing. You will then be fitted into your PPE (Personal protective equipment) and directed into your rage room. Before you enter you may connect your device to Play Music. Then finally.

FAQs
A rage room is an area of which People Smash items in a controlled environment.
We will provide overalls, safety goggles, gloves and helmets. Please ensure you wear sensible footwear covering all areas of the feet with thick soles. No open toes shoes under any circumstances. We do not provide footwear.

Sessions are 15 or 30 minutes, 10 mins before for waiver Signing, get ready.

Sessions are 30 minutes, 10 mins before for waiver Signing, get ready.

Your valuables and Property is your responsibility We do have lockers on Site to Store your items
On street parking is available but limited or the nearest main car park is the sovereign centre.
Rage rooms can be very dangerous and strenuous. We would highly recommend seeking medical advice from a doctor or midwife before booking a slot.
We offer a Reschedule Package which you can add to your booking for £2.50
This package allows you to have the flexibility to rebook your session if plans change or any unforeseen circumstances arise. Continuing Without this you will not be able to change your booking.

Spectators for our rage rooms are able to sit in the cafeteria. External viewing is available for Rage in a Cage.
In each room there will be bluetooth Speakers of which Customers Can connect too and play any Music they would like .

Please arrive 10 Minutes before your booking. Late Comers May have their time in the rage room reduced.

Changes are welcomed up until 48 hours prior to the booking. No refunds will be given under any circumstances although we may be able to move your booking under some circumstances.
