Party bookings under 24 players do have general public included in these games, if you would like it to be just your party we can offer you exclusive arena hire, if this is more preferable please email us to discuss this package or additional cost to your party package!

Changes are welcomed up until 48 hours prior to the booking. No refunds will be given under any circumstances although we may be able to move your booking under some circumstances.
Yes, we reserve the right to cancel any booking without refund if a guest engages in abusive, disrespectful, or threatening behavior towards our staff. We operate under a strict zero-tolerance policy to ensure the safety and well-being of our team.
