Refund Policy

We have a no refund policy.

We do have a reschedule package available to add on to any activity which will cover and give flexibility for your activities at any time. If you are stuck in traffic on the day this will allow us to fit you in ( subject to availability) for the next open slot so please ensure you have left with plenty of time for travel and parking. If you have not purchased this you are able to reschedule/ edit your booking 48 hours before it commences.

In cases of emergencies which mean you cannot attend your booking within the 48 hours please contact us via phone or email. We will do our best however it will be down to managers discretion.

Alternatively, we can offer a voucher for your booking amount which will be valid for 1 year that you can use amongst any activity. We will not refund your money directly it will be returned to you via a voucher.
